Return Requirements
Your items need to be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags still attached
- In original condition and suitable for resale
We accept returns for any reason, change of mind included.
Time limit: 100 days from delivery date - no exceptions, so don't wait too long!
How to Return Your Order
Contact Us
Email us at info@nomad-velo.cc to start your return or exchange. We'll send you a return form right away.
Complete the Form
Tell us exactly what you're returning and whether you want a refund or exchange. Be specific - it helps us process things faster.
Pack & Ship
Use any carrier you prefer and send your items back within 100 days. We'll provide the return address when you contact us.
We Handle the Rest
Once your package reaches our warehouse, we'll process it within 10 days and keep you updated via email throughout.
Refunds
After we inspect and approve your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 days. Sometimes banks take a bit longer to process, so hang tight if you don't see it immediately.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Just email info@nomad-velo.cc within 100 days with what you'd like instead. Same condition requirements apply - new, unworn, original packaging.
Order Cancellation Protocol
Customers wishing to cancel orders should contact us immediately at info@nomad-velo.cc. Please note that cancellation may prove unfeasible once orders have progressed to the processing stage.
Problems With Delivery?
In circumstances where customers receive goods they're not satisfied with (wrong items, some damages etc.), immediate notification is required. Please provide photographic documentation illustrating the issue and forward this evidence to info@nomad-velo.cc. We will get in touch and find a solution, be it sending you a new package or a refund.
