What constitutes the standard delivery period?
Order processing occurs within one to three business days (Monday through Friday inclusive). Following processing and dispatch, orders typically arrive within four to six business days (Monday through Friday).
What course of action should I pursue if my order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe?
Should your package be delayed, we urge you to check your tracking information first. If you need any help, please contact us at info@nomad-velo.cc with your order number. We will immediately launch an investigation.
What charges apply to delivery services?
There are no shipping charges.
May I return purchased items?
Customers may request returns within thirty days from the delivery date. Refund processing occurs within ten business days following receipt of returned merchandise. No restocking charges apply to returned items. For return address details, visit our relevant policy.
